Project Leadership Opportunity

• We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead high-impact initiatives in the banking sector.
• Oversee end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery
• Maintain stakeholder relationships across business and IT teams
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
• Facilitate collaborative workshops and ensure alignment on project scope
• Implement process improvements and track key performance indicators
• Provide regular project status updates to senior management and sponsors

• About the Role:
• Degree in Management, IT, Finance, or related field
• At least 3+ years of experience managing projects in banking or financial services
• Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in dynamic environments
• Fluency in English; Portuguese is an asset
