Senior Agile Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Scrum teams in implementing Agile methodologies. As a key figure in our organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our project environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate collaborative teamwork and drive results-driven decision making.
  • Ensure effective implementation of Agile principles and practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain project metrics, including progress tracking and performance indicators.
  • Provide coaching and training to team members on Agile principles and best practices.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
  • Certified in Scrum/Agile methodologies (PSM I, CSM, PMI-ACP).
  • Experience with Azure DevOps (JIRA/Confluence is a plus).
  • Fluency in English.
  • Citizenship or Work permit in Portugal (mandatory).
