- Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering;
- At least six years of experience as Scrum Master in Agile environments;
- Certification in Scrum/Agile methodologies (PSM I, CSM, PMI-ACP);
- Experience with Azure DevOps (JIRA/Confluence is a plus);
- Knowledge of Agile metrics (Burndown, Burnup, Lead Time, etc.);
- Fluency in English;
- Citizenship or work permit in Portugal required.
