ABOUT THE ROLE

Join a fast-paced, agile team working on a project for a leading multimedia and entertainment company in the gaming space. Bring your entrepreneurial mindset, make data-driven decisions, and see your ideas come to life—impacting both internal tools and customer-facing products.

  • WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Plan, lead, organize, and motivate Agile teams to deliver high-quality projects that meet and exceed business expectations;
  • Coach team members to improve performance, support process optimization, and help define or enhance workflows and tools that drive efficiency;
  • Ensure continuous alignment between project outcomes and strategic objectives;
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery in an Agile environment;
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote Agile best practices;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and priorities;
  • Track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.
  • MUST HAVES
  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager ;
  • Proven experience in AdTech , with a strong understanding of media, advertising, and web application development;
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies ( Scrum, Kanban );
  • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle ( SDLC ) and project management best practices;
  • Hands-on experience with planning, task tracking, and requirements management;
  • Proactive, results-driven mindset with excellent organizational skills;
  • Proven ability to manage full project cycles—from strategy through execution and reporting;
  • Strong interest in emerging technologies and best practices;
  • Advanced or upper-intermediate English proficiency.
  • NICE TO HAVES
  • Experience mentoring or managing technical team members;
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, CAPM);
  • PMP Certification.

Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Project Manager; Proven experience in AdTech, with a strong understanding of media, advertising, and web application development; Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management best practices; Hands-on experience with planning, task tracking, and requirements management; Proactive, results-driven mindset with excellent organizational skills; Proven ability to manage full project cycles—from strategy through execution and reporting; Strong interest in emerging technologies and best practices; Advanced or upper-intermediate English proficiency.
