• Seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead client engagements focused on funding opportunities and tax benefits.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Build and manage a high-performing team, including strategy definition, talent acquisition, and development
• Develop and execute applications to European and Portuguese funding programs (e.g., Portugal 2030, PRR, Horizon Europe)
• Stay up-to-date with new and relevant incentives and funding opportunities
• Coordinate and execute applications for tax benefit programs such as SIFIDE and RFAI
• Proactively manage client projects, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery
• Evaluate the technical and economic feasibility of client projects
• Requirements:
• 6+ years of experience working in grants and incentives
• Experience with applications, namely under Portugal 2030 and European Commission programs
• Fluency in English (native) and Portuguese (proficient)
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
