Job Role Summary

• We are seeking a skilled Scrum Leader to join our organization. This role will combine agile facilitation with technical and people leadership, driving accountability, quality, and collaboration across development and validation cycles.
• Key Responsibilities
• Test Cycle Management: Ensure test backlogs are well-defined, refined, and prioritized based on business and engineering value;
• Blocker Removal: Proactively remove blockers to test execution or delivery, including issues involving test environments, tooling, or dependencies;
• Collaboration: Interface with development, DevOps, and release teams to ensure aligned and reliable test readiness;
• OKR Alignment: Collaborate with the Test Architect to co-define team OKRs that reflect both management direction and testing priorities;
• Metric Monitoring: Monitor and report on key team metrics such as test coverage, automation ratios, defect trends, and test cycle efficiency;
• Culture Development: Foster an environment of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement and ownership.
• Requirements
• Experience: Proven experience as a Scrum Master and/or team lead in embedded or system-level testing environments;
• Tools Proficiency: Hands-on knowledge of tools like Jira, X-ray, Confluence and CI/CD pipelines;
• Language Skills: Fluent English (mandatory);
• Leadership Skills: Excellent people leadership, facilitation, and coaching skills.
