Join us to steer- impact,- functional IT projects (whether Agile or V-Cycle) and help shape the future of the Central Operations at one of the largest financial institutions in Portugal!. Location: Lisbon. Main Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate-- end project activities, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery. Champion IT security standards and oversee compliance assessments. Support risk management and monitoring across IT domains. Manage releases and applications with precision. Act as a bridge between IT departments and squads, removing roadblocks and fostering collaboration. Profile: Degree in Computer Engineering, Management, or a related field. 3 - 6 years of- on experience in project management or PMO roles. Solid understanding of Agile methodologies. Familiarity with IT compliance and security practices. Bonus: Technical knowledge of IT solutions. Proficiency in MS Office Suite tools. Working knowledge of JIRA. Familiarity with testing and incident/change management platforms. Fluency in English and Portuguese (mandatory). Exceptional communication and stakeholder management. Analytical mindset with- solving capabilities. Team player with a proactive attitude. (Hybrid work , with 2/3 days of work in the office in LISBON per week). Are you the one?!.
