Senior Associate - Technical Project Management LIVE WHAT YOU WILL DO As a Senior Associate -Technical Project management, you will be leading and supporting global technical and audit related projects as part of the Cybersecurity & Digital Trust (CDT) team, based in our capability centre, in Lisbon. You’ll be taking accountability for developing and reporting periodic project and financial indicators relating to project objectives, risks, costs and trends. You will be using both Agile and standard Waterfall methodologies in the development, initiation, planning, execution, control and closing of projects, to ensure project success. The responsibilities of the role will include : Manage all aspects of projects, including scope management, schedule management, resource management, financial management, and risk and issue management. Work effectively under mínimal supervision and prioritize the successful completion of team goals. Partner with technical leads to identify key work products, ensure cross-functional alignment, and execute plans to meet project goals. Develop innovative ways to introduce change across a diverse organization. Communicate effectively and possess strong critical thinking, problem-solving, analytical, and presentation skills. Manage competing timelines and prioritize critical tasks. Champion collaboration and work effectively on cross-functional teams. Remove roadblocks and impediments to team progress Foster an environment where the team can stay focused Educate the team about Lean and Agile practices like Scrum Track team metrics and find ways to improve team performance Guide the team towards becoming a high-performing and self-managing unit WIN WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU Minimum requirements Project management experience across the full lifecycle of an IT focused project - scope management, schedule management, resource management, financial management, and risk and issue management and using a diverse set of methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, DevOps) Highly motivated, collaborative, works effectively under mínimal supervision and places priority on the successful completion of team goals Knowledge of working in ambiguous scenarios, with a solid understanding of business analysis skills and successful decision making, based on holistic thinking. Demonstrates the ability to learn quickly, adapt technically, and translate complex topics or issues into actionable plans for team execution Preferred requirements Jira experience Miro experience Workshop facilitation experience A recognised professional project management certification.
