Our client, a global software provider, is hiring a Software Development Project Manager to oversee product roadmaps and manage multidisciplinary teams in Porto. The ideal candidate will coordinate front‑end, back‑end, and QA teams to deliver new features and ensure high product quality.

???? Key responsibilities ✅

???? Plan and manage software projects, defining scope, milestones, and resource allocation.

???? Work closely with product owners and engineering leads to prioritize features.

???? Monitor progress, identify risks, and resolve blockers to ensure on‑time delivery.

????Facilitate sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives using Agile frameworks.

???? Requirements ✅

???? 5+ years’ experience managing software‑development or product‑delivery projects.

???? Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps principles.

???? Experience in SaaS or web‑application environments.

???? Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills in English;
Portuguese desirable.
