Agile Project Lead

We are seeking an Agile Project Lead to coordinate remote software-development teams in Portugal. This role suits a hands-on project manager who enjoys coaching teams and driving continuous delivery in a flexible work environment.
- Key responsibilities:
- Guide cross-functional teams through the full software-delivery lifecycle, promoting agile practices and self-organization
- Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews and retrospectives
- Remove impediments and champion continuous improvement in processes and tools
- Collaborate with product managers and architects to align technical solutions with business objectives
- Requirements:
- 4+ years' experience in project management or Scrum Master roles
- Certification such as CSM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent preferred
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
- Excellent communication skills; fluency in English required
