Job Description : The EBA IT (European Banking Authority) has launched an Agile project management methodology that is going to replace existing Waterfall and Agile methodologies in the EBA. The adoption of the methodology is expected to: increase the maturity in project management within the Unit, increase project productivity, improve communication and stakeholder engagement, increase efficiency, planning, monitoring and control of project work and maximize the value of the investment by better visibility of project needs, benefits, impact, synergies, costs, and risks by the Senior Management. The main purpose of the requested service is to support the implementation of the project by providing the below services based on the EU Agile project management framework: support on tailoring the methodology to the EBA procedures and standards create necessary documentation and templates organize training, communication, and change management activities create a project repository and consolidate information from EBA IT projects Qualifications : Certified in EC PM2 Methodology and/or PM2 Agile Experience in setting up and running PMO Office ideally in EU (European Union) organisation Deep knowledge on project management standards, principles, and quality management Experience on M365 tools and SharePoint online Experience in project management tools.
