- Take ownership of software projects from initial concept through delivery and post-launch support, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, QA, and Operations to align technical execution with business goals.
- Translate customer and stakeholder requirements into clear, actionable deliverables for cross-functional software teams.
- Coordinate teams across Frontend, Backend, Mobile, Cloud, QA, and DevOps to ensure smooth communication and project alignment.
- Establish governance frameworks for tracking progress, managing risks, and monitoring performance metrics.
- Identify areas for improvement in processes and software solutions, driving innovation and efficiency.
- Mentor junior project managers and contribute to building a high-performance project culture.

???? What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Management, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience managing software projects, preferably in fast-scaling tech environments.
- Proven ability to lead global, cross-functional teams and deliver complex software solutions.
- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and hybrid project delivery approaches.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Gantt-based planning).
- Knowledge of complex software ecosystems, including Cloud, Mobile, APIs, and integrations.
- Excellent communication skills as you will make the bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic settings.
- Nice-to-have: experience with B2B SaaS platforms, software engineering background, and PMP/PMI-ACP/Prince2 or Agile certifications.
- Fluent level of English & Portuguese (mandatory);
- Availability to work remotely in Portugal.
