  • What is this challenge about:
  • Take ownership of software projects from initial concept through delivery and post-launch support, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, QA, and Operations to align technical execution with business goals.
  • Translate customer and stakeholder requirements into clear, actionable deliverables for cross-functional software teams.
  • Coordinate teams across Frontend, Backend, Mobile, Cloud, QA, and DevOps to ensure smooth communication and project alignment.
  • Establish governance frameworks for tracking progress, managing risks, and monitoring performance metrics.
  • Identify areas for improvement in processes and software solutions, driving innovation and efficiency.
  • Mentor junior project managers and contribute to building a high-performance project culture.

  • What we are looking for
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Management, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience managing software projects, preferably in fast-scaling tech environments.
  • Proven ability to lead global, cross-functional teams and deliver complex software solutions.
  • Strong expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and hybrid project delivery approaches.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Gantt-based planning).
  • Knowledge of complex software ecosystems, including Cloud, Mobile, APIs, and integrations.
  • Excellent communication skills as you will make the bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic settings.
  • Nice-to-have: experience with B2B SaaS platforms, software engineering background, and PMP/PMI-ACP/Prince2 or Agile certifications.
  • Fluent level of English & Portuguese (mandatory);
  • Availability to work remotely in Portugal.
