Agile Project Coordinator

• We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master to join our hybrid team in Lisbon, Portugal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of agile principles and practices within the team.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Act as Scrum Master and facilitate ceremonies, workshops, and alignment sessions to promote collaboration and transparency.
• Support the team in removing impediments and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Configure and analyze reports and complex performance indicators to support decision-making.
• Analyze organizational behaviors and structures and assess their impact on team processes.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master, holding a Scrum Master certification (PSM II or A-CSM), and an advanced level of English (both spoken and written).
