Agile Project Coordinator
Our company is seeking an experienced Agile Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles, as well as experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps practices.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Agile project workflows and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, resource allocation plans, and status reports.
- Implement Scrum methodologies and lead daily stand-up meetings.
- Facilitate communication among team members, stakeholders, and project sponsors.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
