Agile Project Coordinator

Our company is seeking an experienced Agile Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles, as well as experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps practices.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate Agile project workflows and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, resource allocation plans, and status reports.
  • Implement Scrum methodologies and lead daily stand-up meetings.
  • Facilitate communication among team members, stakeholders, and project sponsors.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
  • Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
