Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you will lead the successful delivery of innovative projects in Analytical & Technological Solutions, including advanced applications of mathematical optimization and AI. You will manage complex technology initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring they meet client needs while being delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
In this role, you will work closely with multidisciplinary project teams, senior management, and stakeholders, driving alignment and enabling the adoption of cutting-edge solutions.
- Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, and requirements in close collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and deliverables (using tools such as JIRA).
- Lead, guide, and support project teams (consultants and IT specialists) to ensure effective collaboration and successful execution.
- Monitor project milestones, track progress, and ensure deliverables are completed to scope, quality, and schedule.
- Ensure rigorous testing and quality assurance of solutions, leveraging strong business-critical knowledge and an agile capacity to validate data and datasets
- Establish and maintain strong communication channels with clients, team members, and senior stakeholders.
- Identify risks and issues proactively, developing and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Apply change management best practices to drive user adoption and minimize resistance to new technologies.
- Maintain thorough project documentation, including plans, reports, issue logs, and lessons learned.
- Enforce quality standards to ensure all solutions meet defined requirements and client expectations.
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify successes, challenges, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- You May Have
- Education: MSc or PhD in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field. PMP or other relevant certifications are a strong plus.
- Project Management Expertise: Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, with proven experience managing complex projects (experience in technology solutions implementation is highly valued).
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis, structuring, and integration into project platforms.
- Problem-Solving: Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a detail-oriented and quality-focused approach.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments while managing multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Innovative Mindset: A culture of analytical curiosity, leveraging data-driven insights to solve business challenges and drive continuous improvement.
- Change Management: Experience in change management and user adoption strategies is a plus.
- Industry Experience: Exposure to production environments is an advantage.
