The Role

We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Project Manager to help us drive our product development in collaboration with a dedicated software development agency.

• You'll coordinate closely between the owner and the external development team, ensuring projects meet strategic goals, timelines, and quality standards.
• Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage projects from concept through delivery with the development agency.
• Develop, monitor, and refine project timelines and milestones.
• Act as the primary communication bridge between and the agency's tech leads, designers, and developers.
• Continuously improve workflows using agile, scrum, or hybrid methodologies.
• Conduct risk assessments and resolve issues proactively.
• Report on project progress and outcome alignment with business objectives.
• What We're Looking For
• 2+ years of project management experience, ideally in SaaS, AI, or within tech-focused agencies.
• Proven track record managing technical and/or creative teams.
• Experience coordinating projects with external development partners or agencies is a strong plus.
• Strong familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Notion, ClickUp, , etc.).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Agile/Scrum knowledge; adaptability to hybrid or custom workflows.
• Curious and entrepreneurial person
