Our IT Consultancy Company is a leading player in Digital Transformation, part of the Alter Solutions Group.
We partner with over 120 clients and have a team of over 500 people working on projects for various industries such as banking, insurance, transportation, aviation, energy, and telecom.
- The successful candidate will facilitate and organize Scrum ceremonies, ensuring the adoption of Agile practices by the team.
- Support the Product Owner in effective backlog management
- Proactively identify and remove impediments
- Act as an internal coach for the team
- Monitor team performance metrics
You will work with our Nearshore IT center team of around 30 specialized professionals integrated into projects with internationally renowned clients.
- Key requirements include:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience
- Deep understanding of Agile principles and frameworks
- Experience in Agile Estimation and Planning
- Knowledge of Agile software engineering practices
Excellent communication, analytical, and listening skills, along with a commitment to Software Craftsmanship principles, are highly valued.
