Salesforce Project Manager

The role
- In this role, you will leverage your Salesforce expertise to manage and deliver complex projects, ensuring successful implementation of Salesforce Cloud solutions that drive business transformation. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Leading end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring alignment with objectives, timelines, and quality standards
- Managing project scope, budget, and resources, while proactively identifying and mitigating risks and dependencies
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective and integrated delivery
- Communicating project progress clearly and consistently, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders
- Leveraging project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or hybrid) to support effective and transparent execution
- Supporting change management and driving user adoption of Salesforce solutions
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and contributing to the optimization of delivery processes.
- Your profile
- You successfully completed your degree in management, engineering, information systems, or a related field
- You have at least 5 years of experience managing Salesforce or digital transformation projects
- You are familiar with one or more Salesforce clouds and can translate technical capabilities into business value
- You have solid experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall) and tools like Jira or Trello
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a results-driven and collaborative approach
- Technical-proven certifications, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum, are highly valued
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Portuguese.
