About the Role

  • As an HR Senior Project Manager, you’ll lead high-impact projects under our HR Program Delivery team and play a key role in our agile transformation journey. You’ll act as both a coach and a Scrum Master, guiding HR teams through agile adoption and ensuring successful delivery of strategic initiatives. You will work alongside a diverse, global team, reflecting Otis’ international footprint and commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace.
  • What You’ll Do
  • Lead and manage complex, cross-functional HR projects aligned with Otis business priorities and global strategy.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for initiatives spanning Otis’ worldwide operations.
  • Act as Scrum Master and Agile Coach for HR squads during transformation, supporting Otis’ ongoing digital and organizational evolution.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and support teams in adopting agile principles, helping Otis HR teams collaborate effectively across regions.
  • Drive change management strategies and ensure stakeholder engagement at all levels of Otis, from local offices to executive leadership.
  • Communicate effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, representing HR’s strategic role in Otis’ mission to move the world safely and efficiently.
  • Provide training and coaching to build agile capabilities across HR, supporting Otis’ values of continuous improvement and learning.
  • Track implementation progress and provide status reports to leadership, helping Otis measure and celebrate HR impact globally.
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve a toolkit to enable the change acceleration process for deployment of Employee Experience programs across all Otis’ regions, building on Otis’ reputation for excellence, innovation, and customer focus.
  • What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in HR project management or related roles, ideally within a multinational or industry-leading organization like Otis.
  • Proven experience leading agile transformations, preferably within HR, and ideally in a global company with a legacy of innovation like Otis.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent agile certification.
  • Strong understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and their application in large, complex organizations such as Otis.
  • Knowledge and experience in an Agile and Strategic Portfolio Management application is desired.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills to work with Otis’ diverse global teams.
  • Fluent in English.
