- Facilitate agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Reviews) in French and / or English;
- Support the development team in adopting agile practices and continuous process improvement;
- Remove impediments and help the team achieve sprint goals;
- Collaborate with French-speaking Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure clarity of requirements and priorities;
- Monitor team performance metrics and promote corrective actions when necessary;
- Foster an agile culture and effective communication across multicultural teams;
- Ensure compliance with Scrum standards and best practices.
- Requirements :
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in agile environments;
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is preferred;
- Fluency in French (mandatory) and good command of English;
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills;
- Experience in removing impediments and resolving team conflicts;
- Knowledge of agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar);
