At Syone, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the Agile development process and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Strong soft skills and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams are essential for this role.
- What you'll do :
- Facilitate the Agile development process.
- Guide and coach the team on Agile principles and practices, ensuring adherence to Scrum framework.
- Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and manage the product backlog.
- Identify and remove any impediments or obstacles that may hinder the team's progress.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and foster a collaborative and transparent work environment.
Job requirements
- What you will need to bring :
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role.
- Strong knowledge of Agile principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to facilitate and lead Scrum ceremonies.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
