S / 4HANA Senior Project Manager – Up to €80,000 p / a

Location : Lisbon (In the office 3 days p / w)

A global organisation is seeking an experienced S / 4HANA Senior Project Manager to join a dynamic team leading a large-scale transformation programme. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative environment, driving change across international operations.

About the Role

The S / 4HANA Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading and delivering complex SAP S / 4HANA projects, ensuring successful implementation and business transformation. This role requires close collaboration with senior leadership, enterprise process owners, and cross-functional teams to manage key initiatives and deliver strategic outcomes.

• Key responsibilities include :
• Managing project lifecycle from initiation to successful delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Implementing SAP Activate and agile methodologies to drive effective project execution.
• Leading global teams of subject matter experts across functions such as Network and Supply Chain Planning, Record to Report, Tax Engine, Procurement, and Material Management .
• Overseeing budgets, forecasts, schedules, and risk management processes.
• Engaging with key stakeholders to gather requirements and define project objectives.
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards and project governance frameworks.
• Driving business benefits realisation and continuous improvement.

Key Skills & Experience

• We are looking for candidates with :
• 5+ years of proven project management experience , particularly in SAP S / 4HANA implementation.
• A track record of leading large-scale transformation projects within global organisations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in both traditional and agile project delivery .
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a focus on delivering results.
• Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and enterprise business processes .
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, PPM tools, and testing platforms.

• Desirable Qualifications
• SAP S / 4HANA and SAP Activate experience
• Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile)
• Knowledge of Lean & Six Sigma methodologies
• Master’s degree in a relevant field
