We are seeking a skilled Senior Project Manager eager to take on new challenges in a hybrid work model in Lisbon. Are you the one? Proven experience leading end-to-end delivery of complex Operations & Technology initiatives , with a strong focus on process stability, scalability, and continuous improvement in business-critical environments. Demonstrated ability to work effectively across Operations, IT, Architecture, and Development teams , managing complex technological dependencies, including hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM or similar enterprise platforms . Strong background in structuring, standardizing, and optimizing operational processes , ensuring alignment with enterprise governance models, technology standards, and regulatory requirements. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills , with the ability to act as a central coordination point and clearly report on timelines, risks, priorities, and delivery status to both operational teams and senior leadership. Experience managing multi-initiative programs or large-scale projects , ensuring continuity, system reliability, and controlled evolution of core operational or banking platforms. Proven capability in risk identification and mitigation , addressing delivery challenges and process gaps through sustainable, long-term solutions that improve operational performance, resilience, and service quality.
