Project Manager / Scrum Master – Data Factory Program

Hybrid position 2x per week in the Lisbon office.

We are currently looking for a
Project Manager / Scrum Master
to join our team and support the delivery of a strategic
Data Factory program
. This role is key to ensuring smooth execution, removing impediments, facilitating communication, and guaranteeing alignment between delivery teams and management.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate and animate daily meetings (e.g., daily stand-ups), ensuring clear reporting on progress, blockers, risks, and planning deviations
  • Actively remove impediments and support the team in overcoming blocking points
  • Ensure end-to-end responsibility for achieving IT project objectives in line with commitments made to sponsors and stakeholders
  • Promote team autonomy and continuous improvement while supporting issue resolution and navigating organizational or process constraints
  • Organize and facilitate key project events and Agile ceremonies (e.g., PI Planning on a quarterly basis)
  • Support project organization and planning, ensuring priorities are well defined and aligned with business goals
  • Ensure transparent and effective communication between delivery teams, management, and other stakeholders
  • Required Technical Skills
  • Proven experience as a
  • Project Manager and/or Scrum Master
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with
  • Agile methodologies
  • Experience working with
  • Agile Software Development tools
  • , such as
  • Jira
  • Solid IT background
  • ETL processes
  • Relational databases
  • Data integration and data quality concepts
  • Language Skills
  • English
  • : B2
  • level minimum
  • Portuguese
  • : Native or full professional proficiency
  • Nice to Have
  • Experience in data-centric or large-scale IT programs
  • Exposure to enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and leadership skills
