What you need to have:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Management, or a related field

Proven experience as a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master (minimum of 5 years)

Strong knowledge of agile management methodologies

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
