PMO Assistant – Agile Tools & Project Governance
Hybrid, Lisbon (1 day/week onsite – flexible)
We are looking for a PMO Assistant to support project governance and Agile tool administration (Jira, Azure DevOps or similar) within a software development environment.
The role focuses on operational PMO support, Agile discipline, and tool governance, working closely with the Service Owner.
Main Responsibilities
Organize weekly/monthly/project oversight meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes
Track action items, deadlines, blockers, and documentation compliance
Maintain project plans, Agile boards, and backlog structure
Prepare monthly reporting packages and dashboards
Configure workflows, basic automations, and reporting views
Support backlog grooming, sprint preparation, and operational meetings
Ensure consistent tool usage and workflow compliance across the team
Requirements
3+ years of experience in PMO, project coordination, or Agile environments
Solid understanding of Scrum/Kanban
Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Ability to prepare structured reports and minutes
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
Basic workflow configuration knowledge
Awareness of ITIL and governance/compliance environments
Experience working with international, cross‑functional teams
Professional communication skills in English
