To succeed as a Business Intelligence Data Engineer, you must possess exceptional quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in building data pipelines and schemas specifically for BI and analytics is essential, as is proven ability to cooperate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions.

A strong focus on automation is also required, along with expertise in managing and optimizing PostgreSQL databases, especially within an AWS RDS context. Experience working with large data sets and knowledge of data governance, security practices, and compliance standards are also necessary.
