We are looking for a highly skilled Business Intelligence and CX Data Analyst to join our team at Nestlé SA. As a key member of our Business Services, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.

• Key Responsibilities
• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and correlations, providing actionable insights to drive business decisions
• Develop and maintain data visualizations to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and priorities
• Maintain and update documentation related to business intelligence and CX metrics

• Requirements
• Degree in Analytics, Business, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
• Advanced English language proficiency
• Strong analytical mindset, critical thinking skills, and attention to detail
