We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, presenting report findings, and making recommendations. You will also work closely with internal teams to ensure high-quality products are delivered to customers.

About the Role

The Business Intelligence Manager will coordinate and execute tasks delegated by Senior Insights Consultants and Sector leads to ensure deliverables meet customer expectations. You will work collaboratively with internal teams, contribute to quality control, and help coordinate and project manage collaboration with the delivery organization and commercial teams.

• Contributing to the quality control of reporting\
• Helping to coordinate and project manage collaboration with the delivery organization and commercial teams\
• Playing a key role in responding to time-sensitive questions/queries related to the client program and maintaining proactive communication with the client between service reviews\
• Supporting client communications during account and project ramp-up, including taking necessary briefs and appropriate client training\
• Helping prepare for client presentations by supporting scripting on findings and recommendations\
