About the Job

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Data Analytics Leadership Role to join our team at Kudzu Interactive, Inc. As a Sales Operations Manager, you will lead our Data Analytics team and be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven strategies to drive business growth.

• Key Responsibilities
• Lead and mentor a high-performing analytics team to foster professional growth and drive innovation.
• Design and communicate complex data insights to stakeholders to ensure data-driven strategies align with business objectives.
• Collaborate in defining the data collection strategy and be the lead subject matter expert in Google Analytics.
• Champion the design, implementation, and analysis of A/B tests to optimize customer experiences and drive business performance.
• Develop and update dashboards for business stakeholders to provide actionable insights.

• Requirements
• 3+ years of experience as a hands-on manager leading a Data Analytics team in a fast-paced environment.
• 5+ years of experience with data analytics, including the use of BI tools such as Looker or Tableau to drive business outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Data Science/Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple stakeholders, and communicate effectively across different levels of the organization.
• Expertise in data visualization, advanced SQL, Big Query, Redshift, and/or Snowflake, and Google Analytics behavioral, engagement, and ecommerce data.
