About This Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Product Analyst to join our team at Finastra.

This exciting opportunity allows you to contribute to the development and enhancement of our flagship POS (Point of Sale) product, Expert Pro. As a Product Analyst, you will bridge the gap between our product strategy and meticulous execution by our development and QA teams.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Work with product managers, stakeholders, and development/testing teams to gather and analyze requirements. Ensure user stories are thoroughly defined, achievable, and align with business needs and user goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between business, technology, and design teams. Facilitate communication across teams to address questions, resolve conflicts, and maintain alignment on project goals.
  • Provide comprehensive specifications and visual aids to minimize ambiguity and rework.
  • Manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs with a proactive approach.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our Agile processes, leveraging tools like JIRA to streamline workflow.
  • What We're Looking For:
  • Strong technical expertise and experience with tools like Snagit, XML Spy, Postman, and JIRA.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate diverse work styles.
  • Proven track record of attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring efficient task completion.
  • Experience in the mortgage or lending industry is a plus, but not a strict requirement.
  • Fluency in English is essential, with French language skills being a valuable asset.
