About This Role

As a Client Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with assigned clients to drive engagement and retention.

You will interact with senior decision makers at clients by demonstrating ongoing value and delivering proactive insights and action-oriented solutions.

You will ensure the delivery of CPS insights and expert knowledge to clients, explaining methodology behind key analytics.

You will autonomously interact with client staff, leading client meetings and presentations over the phone and in person.

You will collaborate with other teams to provide holistic support to clients and act in line with the service level of the client assigned.
