About the Role

• As an MDM Analyst at ManpowerGroup, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality master data essential for finance processes, used by cross-functional teams.
• Key Responsibilities
• Day-to-day management of Financial Planning, Accounting, Customer, Supplier & Vendor Master Data.
• Data analysis and reporting to support business improvement initiatives.
• Development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
• Providing training and support to colleagues on data management best practices.
• Requirements
• Experience in roles specifically covering MDM processes.
• Basic knowledge and understanding of the mechanics in the MDM process stream and how these fit into the end-to-end financial process environment.
• Strong grasp of basic accounting concepts and how MDM processes impact MPG's working capital targets and financial performance.
