Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to join our Business Intelligence & Analytics team. As a Senior Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying business intelligence solutions that drive strategic impact.

• Your key responsibilities will include:
• Defining and aligning reporting requirements with the global user community
• Developing and maintaining data ingestion pipelines from various source systems
• Collaborating with business departments and IT colleagues to implement reporting solutions
• Planned release, test, and rollout while ensuring high data quality

Your Skills

• To succeed in this role, you will have:
• A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable field of study
• 1-3 years of work experience as a Data Engineer in the area of Business Intelligence & Analytics
• Profound knowledge of business intelligence and data management concepts
• Expertise in big data technologies and data virtualization tools such as Hadoop and Denodo
• Experience with reporting tools (ideally SAP Business Objects or Tableau)
• Good knowledge of relational databases and SQL (preferably Oracle and PL/SQL)
