Job Description

• The Head of IT Analytics will be responsible for:
• Developing and executing a strategic vision for IT analytics aligned with company objectives.
• Leading, mentoring, and managing a team of data professionals to drive data-driven decision-making.
• Aligning IT and business needs to maximize the value of global platforms and avoid duplication of effort.
• Collaborating with IT and business leaders to identify key analytics needs and opportunities.
• Designing and implementing data analytics solutions to support business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security across all analytics initiatives.
• Qualifications

• To succeed in this role, you must have:
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in data analytics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in managing and leading high-performing analytics teams.
• Strong understanding of data management, data governance, and data quality principles.
• Experience with modern data stack architecture and technologies.
• Proficiency with analytics tools and technologies such as SQL, Python, R, Power BI, etc.
