TN Portugal is recruiting a Business Intelligence Lead to join our Collections & Recoveries department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business intelligence solutions to drive strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and economics, with experience in project management and a proven track record of delivering results.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating portfolio segmentation based on customer default risk for efficient treatment, monitoring the portfolio to identify patterns of entry of defaulting customers, and developing management reports and analyzes to review and monitor the portfolio.

You will also perform data analysis to identify early warning signs and proactively provide feedback to take corrective actions, analyze and identify opportunities for improvement in terms of processes with business impact, and identify and recommend opportunities to improve customer experience, processes, policies, and budget.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical, technical, and statistical knowledge, with the ability to synthesize/analyze diverse information, develop recommendations and make decisions.
