TN Portugal is a dynamic company looking for a Business Intelligence Consultant to drive data-driven decision-making. As a key member of our Insights Consulting team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day customer relationships and delivering business insights that drive growth.
Key Accountabilities
Work closely with internal teams to develop and implement business intelligence solutions.
Develop and present reports that provide actionable insights to customers.
Collaborate with commercial teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategies.
Manage customer communications and provide timely support during account ramp-up.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term success.
Essential Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
1-2 years experience in business intelligence, analytics, or a related field.
