About this role

• Join our fast-growing Delivery team as a Solutions Consultant. As a key team member, you will develop expertise in our vendor partners' software product offerings and collaborate with customers to configure and deliver tailored solutions. Daily tasks involve:
• Participating in client design workshops and documenting technical requirements.
• Communicating with IT teams on data and interface needs.
• Developing a deep understanding of retail data and concepts.
• Becoming an expert in implemented solutions.
• Prototyping and presenting the solution to the client.
• Finding innovative solutions to complex problems and optimizing tool performance.

• Key qualifications:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Excel or similar solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Drive to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques.
• Collaborative attitude and willingness to share best practices.
• Ability to balance creativity with goals and timelines.
• Leadership skills and ability to work independently.
• Bachelor's degree in business or technology disciplines.
• 3-5+ years of consulting experience or process design in software delivery, or 3+ years working in planning, buying, allocation, or forecasting for a retailer.
