What we are looking for

This time we are looking for a Analytics Consultant eager to work in projects with a strong focus on the Energy and Utilities Sector.

At Wiimer you will

Participate in AI & data analytics end-to-end client projects, tackling complex business problems with strategic thinking and creativity, and developing solutions that bring significant business value to our clients;

Be involved in highly dynamic teams, multi-disciplinary and cross-industry projects (although a strong focus in the Energy and Utilities sector is expected)

Be in direct contact with the client and be involved in meetings to present results and insights to the client;

Be responsible for core project activities, including, notably, extraction, transformation and loading of datasets, as well as developing learning algorithms and BI dashboards.

• What you'll need to succeed
• Degree/master’s in engineering, computer science, information technologies or related field;
• Working and/or academic background in the Energy and Utilities Sector (not mandatory, although appreciated);
• 3 to 5 years of relevant technical experience in analytics /business intelligence delivering end-to-end projects;
• Understanding of machine learning and optimization techniques and algorithms;
• Experience in data engineering and ML programming languages (Python and/or R);
• Experience in working MLOps tools (e.g. MLflow) (not mandatory, although appreciated);
• Experience with Big Data frameworks ( e.g. Azure ML, Databricks, GCP) and visualization tools (i.e. PowerBI);
• Experience in SQL programming with data bases, such as SQL Server, MySQL, SQLite, PostgreSQL;
• Experience with generative AI tools (e.g. Azure OpenAI and ChatGPT builder) (not mandatory, although appreciated);
• Excellent English language skills;
• Knowledge in Agile methodology, using tools like Planner, Trello or Jira;
• Written and verbal communication skills.
