As part of our joint venture with HUGO BOSS, we are seeking a Business Intelligence Team Lead to join our team at the HUGO BOSS Digital Campus.

• About the Role
• You will be responsible for designing and developing visually appealing and business useful reports.
• You will understand client requirements and suggest the right technical architecture.
• You will develop technically efficient, fast, useful, and appealing reports.
• You will solve technical problems, including good knowledge of DAX and data modelling.
• You will prepare and facilitate workshops.
• You will manage stakeholders and communicate with executives.

• Requirements
• 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in PowerBI/ BI design and development, including leadership roles and coaching team members.
• Prior experience in customer-facing roles across functions is an advantage.
• In-depth understanding of data modelling and basics of the Azure environment.
• Solid understanding and working experience of other BI tools and PowerApps.
• Profound knowledge of the English language.
• Solid experience with Data Visualization tools.
• Strong skills on both back-end (ETL, SQL, coding, data-modeling) and front-end (dashboard's UX/UI) sides.
