• Responsibilities as a Data Management Associate Consultant:
• Driving the transformation towards the Intelligent Enterprise;
• Supporting solution design and configuration for specific solutions (on premise, cloud, and hybrid), applying state-of-the-art methodologies and standards;
• Participating in the preparation, conception, realization, and Go-Live of customer implementation projects;
• Supporting in solution testing and issue resolution;
• Supporting in development and realization of strategic initiatives like migration, data quality, and data integration as well as data warehouse design, modeling, and implementation for our customers;
• Supporting other colleagues engaged in pre-sales activities, solution reviews, feasibility studies, or work in de-escalation of projects;
• Supporting in partner-led projects to ensure ecosystem and customer success;
• Managing customer expectations and avoiding any escalations;
• Creating project documentation and documentation of delivered services;
• Understanding the relevant section of the services portfolio for the respective solution area and delivering according to service specification;
• Working on projects delivered across geographies and cultures;
• Fostering teamwork and collaboration mindset to promote knowledge sharing and ensure product adoption and consumption.
