• Siemens Healthineers is a leading company in the healthcare industry, and we are seeking a Lead Business Intelligence Developer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance to optimize planning and reporting processes, supporting data-driven decision-making at management level.
• Your Key Responsibilities:
• You will oversee the stability and scalability of planning and reporting solutions, preventing system disruptions that impact business operations.
• You will drive the transformation of business needs into high-level reporting solutions on the BW4HANA platform, ensuring alignment with evolving business demands.
• You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, finance leaders, and IT specialists to ensure alignment of project goals with business objectives.

• To succeed in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of data modeling, real-time analytics, and dashboard development using SAP BW4HANA and SAP HANA Calculation Views.
• Your Qualifications and Experience:
• You hold an advanced degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, or have equivalent professional experience.
• You bring many years of experience in SAP BI and BW4HANA, with extensive expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining reporting and planning solutions.
• You have experience as an SAP solution architect, particularly for reporting and planning requirements, and have successfully translated business needs into scalable technical solutions using SAP ecosystems.
• You possess advanced knowledge of integrating Snowflake for data storage and analytics and have used Solution Manager (Solman) to manage documentation, changes, and project deliveries.
