Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HRIS Specialist to join our team at TN Portugal. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of HR data across various systems, as well as providing support to HRBPs and employees.

• The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field, as well as experience in an HRIS or HR support role. Proficiency in ADP Vantage, Workday, and Service Now is preferred.
• Responsibilities
• Ensure data integrity in HR systems by coordinating information and maintaining accurate records.
• Archive administrative documents through various electronic filing systems.
• Record employee data and manage requests to update personal information.
• Respond to inquiries related to personnel administration and provide support to HRBPs and employees.
