Business Analytics and Data Science Manager
- AskBlue is seeking a highly experienced Business Analytics and Data Science Manager to drive business growth through data-driven decision making.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business analytics and data science strategies to drive business growth and improvement;
- Lead cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and engineers, to deliver high-quality outcomes;
- Collaborate with stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to gather requirements and define project scope;
- Identify and prioritize business opportunities through data analysis and visualization;
- Develop and maintain comprehensive business cases, including ROI analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and risk assessments;
- Work closely with business leaders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs;
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in business analytics and data science;
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus;
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in business analytics and data science, with 5+ years in leadership roles;
- Proven track record of driving business growth and improvement through data-driven decision making;
- Expert-level knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and data visualization techniques;
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
- Experience working with big data platforms, cloud-based storage, and advanced analytics tools;
- Certifications in business analytics, data science, or related fields are highly desirable;
- Professional English proficiency (written and spoken).
