• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve efficiency
• Collaborate with senior leaders to identify business opportunities and develop solutions
• Communication
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior leaders, customers, and employees
• Maintain relationships with key partners and vendors

• Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
• Proven experience in business intelligence, data analytics, and strategic planning
• Experience in leadership roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data integration processes
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
