• *The Role**

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced leader to join our team as Director of Commercial Data Intelligence.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic plan for the Commercial data and analytics capabilities, including shaping the vision and strategy for a modern, AI-ready data and analytics capability.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver valuable business outcomes, implementing data governance and architecture practices, and promoting data-driven decision-making.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a strategic plan for the Commercial data and analytics capabilities
• Shape the vision and drive the agenda for a modern, AI-ready data and analytics capability
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs to valuable data & analytics products
• Define or harmonize strategies and roadmaps for the organization in alignment with desired business outcomes and regulatory requirements
• Lead the Commercial data & analytics technology squads, fostering a highly-collaborative, customer-centric, and innovative work environment
