Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team at HAYS Portugal. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing internal and external market data to identify trends, business opportunities, and risks.

You will conduct competitor benchmarking and provide insights to support strategic decision-making. Additionally, you will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics, preparing reports and dashboards for senior management.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience in business analysis.

You should possess strong proficiency in Excel and Power BI, as well as familiarity with CRM systems and ERP platforms (SAP).

The successful candidate will be able to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights. They will also have knowledge of commercial performance analysis and financial modelling.
