• Your Future Role
• Perform advanced process mining and task mining analyses to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide expert support to internal SAP Signavio Process Intelligence customers, ensuring they achieve optimal results.
• Implement Signavio Process Mining and related functionalities, including data science, ETL, Studio, View, and Knowledge Model, to drive business value.
• Data integration and extraction from various systems and sources, such as SAP, REST API, and SFTP, to provide actionable insights.
• Develop custom event logs, data models, and analytics using diverse data formats from different sources.
• Act as a trusted advisor to C-Level management, providing strategic guidance and support.
• Manage stakeholder understanding and expectations regarding strategic initiatives outcomes, ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Enable collaboration across teams and functions, fostering a culture of open communication and knowledge sharing.About You

• To succeed in this role, you will need:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Informatics or a related field.
• Advanced programming skills in various languages and frameworks, including Signal, Python, C++, Java, VBA, C#, SQL, PyTorch, pandas, and Django.
• Prior experience as a Signavio Process Mining Specialist or Data Scientist, Data Engineer.
• More than 5 years of work experience in a globally distributed environment.
• Experience with executive and business stakeholder communication.
• Experience working with cross-cultural teams.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.
• Proficient communication and presentation skills in English.About Us
