We're on a mission to revolutionize corporate wellness with the power of artificial intelligence at Wellhub. As a Senior Manager of Artificial Intelligence Development, you'll join our innovative CARE team in Portugal to build the next generation of AI-powered solutions.

We're seeking a skilled and experienced leader to help us design, develop, and implement generative AI-based applications. If you have expertise in API development and integration, this role is an excellent opportunity to apply your knowledge and drive innovation.

• Your responsibilities will include:
• Designing and developing generative AI applications that meet our high standards of quality and performance
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to ensure seamless project execution
• Providing constructive feedback and guidance to peers through code reviews and technical discussions
• Communicating complex technical concepts and project progress effectively to non-technical stakeholders

To succeed in this role, you should have a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, engineering, or a related field. Experience in managing or technically leading a software engineering team is essential, as well as strong skills in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
